What's in the bar

Japanese persimmon leaf extract
The star. Neutralizes odor compounds instead of masking them.

Saponified olive oil
Base cleanser. Gentle, moisturizing, non-stripping.

Saponified coconut oil
Gives the bar its creamy lather and lasting hardness.

Camellia (tsubaki) oil
A prized Japanese oil for skin softness and shine.

Matcha green tea
Antioxidant support. Calms redness after cleansing.

Activated bamboo charcoal
Draws out impurities without stripping the skin barrier.

Kaolin clay
Detoxifies gently. Also gives the bar its soft grey-cream color.

Rice bran
Traditional Japanese exfoliant. Extremely fine, never scratchy.

Distilled water
That's it.

What's not in the bar

The absence is the product. Most body-odor products lean on aluminum and fragrance to hide what natural chemistry can prevent.

✕ Aluminum

Clogs sweat glands. Not the problem we set out to solve.

✕ Synthetic fragrance

Masks odor with more chemicals. Common allergen.

✕ Sulfates (SLS, SLES)

Strip the skin barrier and can worsen odor long-term.

✕ Parabens

Endocrine concerns. There are better preservatives.

✕ Phthalates

Used to stabilize fragrance. We don't use fragrance.

✕ Triclosan

Antibacterial overkill that disrupts the skin microbiome.

✕ Dyes

The bar is grey-cream because bamboo charcoal made it that way.

✕ Palm oil
