Processing
Orders placed before 2pm PT ship the next business day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking link within 24 hours of shipment. USPS, DHL, or Royal Mail depending on destination.
Packaging
Compostable kraft mailer, molded pulp insert, washi tape. Zero plastic — even the label backer.
Carbon neutral
We offset every shipment through Cloverly at time of purchase. It's on us.
Missing package
If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, reach out within 7 days. We reship at no cost.
Wrong address
Contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we can update it. After that, packages route through the carrier.
