Kakinoha Skincare Co. operates this website and sells Kakinoha Japanese persimmon soap and related skincare products. When you place an order, your contract is with Kakinoha Skincare Co.

We do our best to make sure product descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate. Small variations between photos and the physical product may occur because our bars are hand-cut in small batches. If we discover a material error after you order, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option to cancel or confirm your order.

When you click Pay on the checkout page, you make an offer to buy the items in your cart. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other methods shown at checkout, depending on your location and device.

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. We do not collect sales tax on this store. Orders are charged when you complete checkout.

We offer free express shipping on every order, worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 5–10 business days depending on the destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays.

You may return any item within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. For single-bar orders you do not need to ship the product back. For larger bundles we may ask for unused bars to be returned with a prepaid label. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be applied to previous orders, are not transferable, and have no cash value.
