1. Try the bar

Use it daily for at least two weeks. That's how long persimmon tannin needs to reset the skin barrier.

2. Not for you? Email us

Send a note to hello@kakinoha.co with your order number within 60 days. No survey. No return-authorization ping-pong.

3. Keep the bar

For single-bar orders, we don't ask you to ship it back — the return shipping costs more than a refund. Just give the bar to a friend.

4. Full refund, 3–5 days

We refund the full amount, including any shipping you paid, back to the original payment method.

The fine print

Bundle returns: For bundles of 3+ bars, we ask that unopened bars be returned so we can donate them. Prepaid return label included.
Damaged in transit: Send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We replace immediately — no return needed.
Wholesale & B2B: Wholesale orders follow the terms in your account agreement. Contact trade@kakinoha.co for anything else.
Gift orders: If you received Kakinoha as a gift, we can refund the gift-giver directly or offer store credit in your name.
